The Corporate Administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Corporate Administrator performs full administrative and general office duties in support of the Ridemakerz Corporate Team. The Corporate Administrator coordinates meetings, travel, and other needs to increase the effectiveness of the team. This includes managing phone calls, disseminating information through memos and other forms of communication, maintaining records and important and confidential documents. This position requires that an incumbent be proficient in typing, note taking, and filing to meet the clerical responsibilities of the job.
